摘要
分别使 70 75铝合金在磁场强度为 0 .0 6T的直流磁场或交流磁场作用下凝固 ,通过在凝固过程中测定电阻 温度曲线 ,确定了合金在不同条件下凝固的液相线和固相线温度。试验结果表明 :合金在直流磁场中凝固 ,液、固相线温度均明显降低 ,液相线温度由未加磁场试样的 63 0℃降低到 62 7.5℃ ,固相线温度由未加磁场时的 5 2 0℃降低到 5 10℃ ,同时结晶温度间隔变大 ;而在交流磁场中凝固的试样 ,其液相线和固相线温度均明显提高 ,液相线温度比没有磁场时升高了 7.5℃ ,固相线温度升高了 10℃ ,并且结晶温度间隔变小。
The 7075 Al alloys were solidified under DC or AC magnetic field with magnetic density 0.06 T respectively. The liquidus and solidus temperatures of the alloy at different conditions were determined by recording resistance-temperature curves during solidification. The results showed that the liquidus and solidus temperatures of the alloy decreased from 630 ℃ to 627.5 ℃and from 520 ℃ to 510 ℃ respectively with widened solidification interval in DC magnetic field while both the liquidus and solidus temperatures of the alloy increased by 7.5 ℃ and by 10 ℃ respectively with narrowed solidification interval in AC magnetic field.
