0 .1C 1.5Si 1.5Mn 0 .4Cr钢获得了 0 .0 6C 1.3Si 0 .9Mn 0 .4Cr 0 .35Mo型热轧双相钢 (F +M)的相变动力学 ,即在CCT曲线上出现了温度间隔为 10 0℃的奥氏体亚稳区。随冷速的降低 ,Si Mn Cr钢的组织中多边形铁素体量增多 ,贝氏体量减少 ,当冷速减小到 0 .5℃ s时 ,组织中出现针状马氏体。
The transformation kinetics of steel 0.1C\|1.5Si\|1.5Mn\|0.4Cr being similar to as\|hot\|rolled ferrite\|martensite dual phase steel 0.06C\|1.3Si\|0.9Mn\|0.4Cr\|0.35Mo has been obtained, i.e. there is a metastable austenite region about 100℃ temperature interval in continuous cooling transformation (CCT) diagram. With cooling rate decreasing, the amount of polygonal ferrite in structure of Si\|Mn\|Cr steel increased, and the amount of bainite decreased. As the cooling rate of steel decreased to 0.5℃/s, the acicular martensite occurred in the structure.
