蜂胶对大鼠骨髓辐射损伤的防治作用 被引量:4

摘要 采用 3 .0Gy6 0 Coγ射线一次性全身照射大鼠 ,观察不同时期给予蜂胶对大鼠外周血白细胞计数 (WBC)和骨髓细胞有丝分裂指数的影响。结果表明 ,照射前、后给予蜂胶均能够显著抑制受照大鼠骨髓细胞有丝分裂指数的降低 ,减轻大鼠骨髓的辐射损伤并促进白细胞的恢复。 Rats were irradiated with 3.0 Gy of 60 Co γ rays single whole body exposure. Effects of propolis on WBC in peripheral blood and mitotic index of bone marrow cells in irradiated rats were studied. It concluded that propolis administered to rats pre and post irradiation could significantly reduce mitotic index of bone marrow cells, mitigate the radiation injury of the bone marrow and accelerate recovery of WBC in peripheral blood in irradiated rats.
