摘要
基于在PVA存在下,痕量汞(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化镍-依来铬红B络合物的褪色反应,建立了催化褪色光度法测定痕量汞的新方法.汞(Ⅱ)浓度在0.01—0.06μg/L范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为1.2×10^(-12)g/mL。此法用于人发和废水等样品中痕量汞(Ⅱ)的测定,获得满意的结果。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace mercury based on its catalytic oxidizing discoloration reaction of nickel-eriochrome red B complexes by Hydrogen peroxid in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol has been developed. The Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.01 to 0.06i g/L and the detecton limit is 1.2×10-12g/mL for Hg(·). The method has been used for the determination of Hg(·) in hair and waste water samples with satisfactory results.
