摘要
[目的]测定出口麦芽中痕量汞的含量。[方法]从2009年下半年中抽取11个批次的出口麦芽送检样品,用电热板加热消解样品,采用美国利曼的Hydra-AA型测汞仪测量出口麦芽中痕量汞的含量。[结果]在优化试验条件中,随机抽取的11份出口麦芽在100ml样品溶液中的汞含量为0.2μg/L左右,其相对标准偏差为4.49%,该方法的检出限为0.02021μg/L,精密度为1.817%,加标回收率为96.0%~100.4%。[结论]该方法用于出口麦芽中汞含量的日常检测具有良好的可行性和适用性。
[ Objective ] The content of mercury in the malt was determined. [ Method ] 11 batches of exporting malts were sampled in the second half of 2009. The content of mercury in the samples was measured with the type of Hydra-AA American Le Mans after the sample was digested with electric hot plate. [ Results] In the optimal experimental condition, the content of mercury in sample in 100ml solution of random sample was 0.2 Ixg/L or so, which relative standard deviation was 4.49%. The limitation of the detection method was 0. 020 21 l^g/L, the precision was 1. 817% and the recovery rate was 96.0% - 100.4%. [ Conclusion] The method was good feasibility and applicability in the routine analysis of mercury of malt exported.
