摘要
目的:建立分光光度法测定水体中微量元素汞的含量。方法:在弱碱性介质中,在表面活性剂TritonX-100的存在下,汞与邻羧基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯发生络合反应,生成红色的络合产物,利用显色反应灵敏,采用分光光度法测定,最大吸收坡长为525 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.98×10^5L/(mol.cm),汞含量在0.01-10μg/25 ml范围符合比尔定律。结果:相关系数r=0.9998,加标回收率为97%-102%,变异系数RSD(n=6)为3.6%。结论:实验结果表明在选定的试剂浓度及优化仪器条件下能够适应实验室对水样的测定,该方法线性良好,具有操作简便,快捷,灵敏度高等优点,可用于基层实验室对水样中汞的测定。
Objective:To establish a spectrophotometric determination method to detect trace elements of mercury in the water.Methods:In a weak alkaline medium,with the surfactant TritonX-100 as catalyst,mercury and o-carboxyphenyl diazoaminoazobenzene complex reaction occurred,to form a red complex.With the sensitive color reaction,using the spectrophotometric determination,a maximum wave length absorption is founded 525nm,the apparent molar absorption absorptivity is 1.98 × 105 L/(mol.cm).Beer′s law is obeyed when mercury content is in the range of 0.01-10 μg/25 ml.Results:The correlation coefficient r=0.9998,recovery of standard addition is 97%-102%,coefficient of variation of RSD(n=6) is 3.6%.Conclusion:The experimental results show that the concentration of selected reagents and optimization of equipment adapt to the determination of mercury in the water samples,the linear of the method is very well.The method is simple,fast,and of high sensitivity.It can be used for the grass-roots laboratory to determine the mercury content in the water samples.
