摘要
血液透析(Hemodialysis,HD)患者营养不良是影响患者生活质量,增加并发症及病死率的重要因素。HD患者主要是蛋白质-热能营养不良,其需求主要是蛋白质和热能的摄入,此外,维生素、宏量元素和微量元素的补充也非常重要。目前,使用的各种HD患者营养不良评估方法包括:人体学测量、生化检测、非侵入性检查、主观综合评定(SGAN)和改良SGAN,这些评估方法各有优缺点。探索更敏感、更特异的评估方法以及在国内探索适合我国情况的评估方法是当前的研究热点。
Malnutrition in hemodialysis (HD) patients is a key factor affecting their quality of life and leading to increase of complications and mortality. HD patients mainly suffer from malnutrition of protein and energy, their requirements including the intake of protein and energy as well as the supplementation of vitamins, macroelements and microelements. At present, the methods to evaluate patients' malnutrition include: anthropometric measurements, biochemical test, non-invasive examinations, subjective global assessment of nutrition(SGAN), and modified SGAN, all of which are advantageous and disadvantageous. The popular topics in this study are to explore more sensitive, more specific evaluation methods as well as to find evaluation methods fitting in with conditions in China.
