摘要目的评估维持性血液透析(M H D)患者的营养状况并进行饮食综合管理。方法 40例M H D患者在透析充分的前提下,开展持续6个月的饮食管理,并通过膳食调查、人体测量、临床生化检测和主观全面营养评价法(SG A)进行综合评价,对饮食管理前后M H D患者的营养状况进行比较。结果饮食管理前后M H D患者的多项营养水平指标比较均有统计学意义(p<0.05),饮食管理前后患者的营养不良发生率差异也有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论饮食管理能改善M H D患者的营养状况。
