摘要
目的预防和改善幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染血透患者的营养不良状况,提高患者的生活质量。方法对30例Hp感染血透患者的营养状况通过人体学测量、实验室检查等进行评价,观察其营养不良的状况,并给予相应的护理。结果30例中发生营养不良23例(76.7%);通过对Hp感染血透患者实施护理后有效的改善了患者的营养不良状况。结论Hp感染血透患者出现不同程度的营养不良;应重视Hp感染血透患者的营养评估及监测,及早采取防治措施。
Objective To prevent and improve malnutritional state in hemodialysis patients with helieobaeter pylori(Hp) infec- tion, so as to improve the patients ' life quality. Methods Anthropometrie measurements and lab examinations were used to eval- uate malnutritional status of 30 hemodialysis patients with Hp infection, Results Malnutrition occurred in 23 of 30 eases (76.7%), the levels of body mass index,arm muscle circumference, triceps skinfold thickness, plasma albumin,prealbumin,he- moglobin and cholesterol in malnutritional patients was 43.3 to 86.7 percent lower than normal. Conclusions Hemodialysis pa- tients with Hp infection occurred nutritional deterioration at different levels. In order to improve prognosis and life quality, we should emphasize evaluation and monitoring of nutrition of hemodialysis patients with Hp infection, so as to carry out early prevention, treatment and nursing.
