摘要
目的探讨急诊科患者对健康教育知识的需求。方法对156例急诊科患者进行了问卷调查,由急诊科护士在患者就诊期间根据调查内容进行询问,内容包括患者对就诊知识的需求及自我保健知识需求等8项。结果急诊患者对健康教育知识的内容最迫切需求有:就诊顺序及方法为96.2%,合理用药知识为96.2%。结论根据急诊患者的需求,制定适合急诊科患者的健康教育方法,实施有效的教育内容,达到健康教育的目的。
Objective To study the demands for health education by patients in emergency department. Methods We conducted a survey by questionnaire among 156 patients in our emergency department. The nurses interviewed them by asking the questions in the questionnaire carrying 8 items including demands for knowledge of seeing doctors and for self-care. Results What they needed most was demands for understanding procedures and methods for seeing a doctor (96.2%) and reasonable medication (96.2%). Conclusion According to demands and characteristics of emergency patients, we should set down proper health education suitable for the patients in the emergency department, teach effective education contents to achieve the purpose of health education.
