摘要
目的 研究车前谷粉的润肠通便作用。方法 本研究用18~22 g的雄性ICR小鼠75只,按体重均衡分为5组即:阴性对照、便秘模型对照和三个剂量组(饲料中车前谷粉含量为0.3%、0.6%和1.8%)。在每公斤普通饲料中分别加入3g、6g、18g的车前谷粉,作成三个相应剂量组小鼠饲料,对照组为普通饲料(阴性和模型对照)。经口连续喂饲10d。实验前禁食16h后,经口给予10mg/(kg·bw)复方地芬诺酯造小鼠便秘模型。实验中,动物均单笼饲养,正常饮水进食,记录每只小鼠首粒排黑便时间、5h内排便粒数和排便重量。结果 在便秘模型成立的条件下:①三个剂量组与模型对照组相比,差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01),首粒排便时间低于模型对照组。②在0.529 mg/(kg·bw)组和3.213 mg/(kg·bw)组与模型对照组相比,差异均有显著性(P<0.05),即5 h内剂量组小鼠的排便粒数高于模型对照组。③在3.213 mg/(kg·bw)组与模型对照组相比,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),即5 h内剂量组小鼠的排便重量高于模型对照组。结论 车前谷粉能缩短便秘模型小鼠的首粒排黑便时间,增加便秘模型小鼠的排便粒数和排便重量。
Objective To find out the effect of the lubricant laxation to constipated mice caused by the diphenoxylate for the powder of the Semen palatginis. Methods 75 mice of 18 - 22 g ICR were divided into 5 groups.They were control group, constipated model control group, 0.3% group, 0.6% group and 1.8% group and were respectively fed.The constipated mice were caused by the 10 mg/kg bw diphonoxylate p.o, the time which first black feces were expelled, the number and the weight of mouse feces within 5 hours were observed. Results The result showed that (1) constipated model mice were come into existence (P<0.01); (2) the time of defecation of the first black feces in the 0.529g/kg·bw, 1.058g/kg·bw, 3.213g/kg·bw groups were statistically significant shorten compared with the control group (P<0.01); (3) the number of feces within 5 hours in the 0.529g/kg·bw, 3.213g/kg·bw groups were statistically significant increased compared with the control group (P< 0.05); (4) the weight of feces within 5 hours in the 3.213g/kg·bw groups were statistically significant increased compared with the control group ( P < 0.01) . Conclusions It is that the Semen plantginis can stimulate the lubricant laxation and defecation of the constipated model mice.
