摘要
目的优选复方首乌润肠颗粒的提取工艺。方法以药理学指标初筛复方首乌润肠颗粒的提取工艺;采用正交试验优选提取工艺条件。结果确定水煎煮提取药材;加8倍量水,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论所选的工艺条件合理、可行。
Objective To investigate the optimal extraction technology of Compound Shouwu Runchang Keli. Methods Pharmacological experiment and orthogonal test were employed for the selection of the extraction technology of Compound Shouwu Runchang Keli. Results The method of extraction was to decoct the medicinal herbs mixed with eight volume of water 3 times, 1.5 h for each time. Conclusion The optimized technological factors are reasonable and feasible.
