摘要
为了克服多指标综合评价带来的统计和分析的麻烦,同时也为充分利用实验数据信息及其与功效特性密切相关的重要细节,着重探讨了借助主成分分析方法,以外周血象和血清生化指标等多个指标为依据,评价抗疲劳和耐缺氧功效特性。研究发现,该方法评价克服了因评价指标繁多而带来的统计分析的复杂性和对评价结果的误导性的缺点,减少了动物实验次数,优化了试验方案,提高了评价结果的准确性和重现性,因而是一种方便、快捷、准确的评价方法。
In order to avoid the troubles caused by synthetically evaluation and make use of experiment statistics, the dissertation made use of an important analyzed method of multivariate statistics-principal component analysis, that was comprehensive variable and reduce dimension, we found that a method of anti-fatigue and anti-hypoxia quartering evaluation by peripheral blood and serum biochemistry property could not only conquer the trouble of statistic and analysis brought by comprehensive appraisement, but also avoid the discordance of the final comprehensive appraisement result brought by variety indexes, furthermore it could reduce really animal experiment times, increasing experiment reappearance and accurate. It was a convenient, quick and accurate evaluation method.
