摘要
目的 :研究中药复方降尿酸方合别嘌呤醇治疗慢性尿酸性肾病的临床疗效。方法 :将 6 0例慢性尿酸性肾病患者随机分为降尿酸方加别嘌呤醇治疗组 (30例 )及别嘌呤醇对照组 (30例 ) ,进行临床疗效观察和疗效特点分析 ,疗程为 3个月。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 93.3% ,对照组为 6 3.3% ,两组比较有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :降尿酸方合别嘌呤醇治疗慢性尿酸性肾病 ,别嘌呤醇用量少 ,且疗效高。
Objective:To study the clinic effect of the Chinese herbal formula“Jiangniaosuanfang” combined with allopurinol tablets on chronic uric acid nephropathy (CUAN).Methods:60 patients were divided randomly into two groups:the treated group (30 patients, administrated by“Jiangniaosuanfang' and allopurinol tablets ), and the control group (30 patients, administrated by allopurinol tablets), the effect and curative characteristics of “Jiangniaosuanfang” combined with allopurinol tablets were researched.Results:The total effective rate of the treated group was 93.3%, the control group was 63.3%, it was obvious difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The administrated amount of allopurinol tablets of the treated group was lower than the control group, and the effect was better.
