摘要
观察治疗高血压病８０例，分为穴段组３２例，针刺组１８例，复方降压片组（药物组）３０例。穴敷组采用白芥子泥敷贴穴位；针刺组采用毫针刺激穴位；药物组采用复方降压片常规治疗。结果表明：穴敷组的降压疗效并不逊于针刺组和药物组（Ｐ＞０．０５）；穴敷组的症状疗效达７８．１３％；穴履组（９例）肾素活性（ＰＲＡ）较治疗前轻反升高，血管紧张素—Ⅱ较治疗前长度下降；穴敷组（２７例）、针刺组（１１例）治疗后的血液流变学得到明显改善。
Casses of Primary Hypertension are divided into three groups, namely,group of topical applicarion of moisturized powder of Semen Brassicae Mush on Acupoint, 32Cases;group of Acupuncture,18 Cases;group of drug(common treatment wita comxplex pillof lowering Blood presure).30 caaes.The result shows:Curatine effect on lowering bloodpressure in group of toipcal application on acrpoint is not worse than that of group of Acupuncture and group of drug(P>0. 05);About group of topcal application on acupoint,its rate of clinical curative effect is 78.13%;PRA (9 cascs)is slightly higher than that of be-fore treatment, AT─Ⅱis slightly lower than that of before treatiment;After treatment,theblood rheolcgy in group of topical application on acupoint(27 case3)and group of acupun-ture(11 cases)is obviously imporved.
