摘要
痛风性肾病是指由于体内嘌呤代谢紊乱或尿酸排泄减少,引发尿酸及结晶在肾组织沉积造成的肾损害。黄文政教授在中医肾病的临床与研究中积累了丰富的经验,形成了独特的辨治体系,在治疗痛风性肾病方面有独到之处。黄老认为痛风性肾病的治疗应以疏利少阳三焦为桥梁,益气养阴,清热解毒,泄浊化瘀,标本兼顾,这样才能恢复正气,祛除病邪,防止复发。
Gout nephropathy is caused by disorders of purine metabolism or reduced uric acid excretion in the body,deposition of uric acid and crystals in renal tissues can cause renal damage.Modern medicine believes that hyperuricemia is the basis of this disease.Professor Huang wenzheng has accumulated rich clinical experience in the clinical and research of traditional Chinese nephropathy and formed a unique system of governance in the treatment of gouty nephropathy.Professor huangwenzheng believes that the treatment of gout nephropathy should be shulishaoyangsanjiao as a bridge,at the same time,connect with the method of invigorating qi and nourishing Yin,clearing heat and detoxifying,removing turbidity and removing blood stasis,so as to restore vital qi,dispel disease and evil,and prevent recurrence.
