摘要
目的 :建立复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用一阶导数分光光度法 ,样品不经分离处理直接测定复方氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量 ,检测波长为 2 98nm。同时与永停滴定法比较。结果 :线性范围为 5~ 4 0 μg·ml-1,r =0 .9998,平均回收率 =10 0 .1% ,RSD =2 .0 % ;采用标准品比较法平均回收率 =10 0 .0 % ,RSD =1.0 %。结论 :本法可消除其它组分的干扰 ,优于永停滴定法 ,简便易行 ,适合医院制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol lotion compound.Method: The first order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol lotion compound without separation. A detecting wavelength was at 298 nm and compared with the method of dead-stop titration.Result: The method was linear within a range of 5~40 μg·ml -1, r= 0.999 8, the average recovery was 100.1%,with RSD 2.0% by standards ratio method; the average recovery was 100.0%,with RSD 1.0% by standard sample comparison method. Conclusion: The interferences of the other components can be excluded by this method;which is simple, rapid and better than dead-stop titration method. It is suitable for the quality control of hospital preparation.
