摘要
目的 :建立中成药七宝美髯胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用超临界流体萃取 (SFE)技术和毛细管气相色谱 (CGC)非在线联用技术测定补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量 ,HP 5毛细管柱 ,FID检测器 ,蒽为内标。结果 :SFE CGC法测定七宝美髯胶囊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素简便快速 ,结果准确可靠 ,加样回收率分别为 97.8% (RSD 2 .3% ) ,10 1.2 % (RSD 2 .1% )。结论 :SFE CGC法可以作为七宝美髯胶囊质量控制的方法之一。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of two effective components psoralen and isopsoralen in Chinese patent medicines, Qibaomeiran capsules by SFE coupled with CGC.Method: Psoralen and isopsoralen were extracted by SFE and internal standard method was used for the quantitative determination with HP-5 capillary column, FID detector and anthracene as the internal standard.Result: This method is rapid, convenient, precise, and accurate, which added sample recoveries of psoralen and iaopsoralen were 97.8% (RSD 2.3%) and 101.2% (RSD 2.1%), respectively. Conclusion: The SFE-CGC method is suitable for the quality control of Qibaomeiran capsules.
