摘要
作者采用微波烧结技术研究了纳米牙科全瓷材料的烧结工艺与性能,结果表明:微波烧结高纯α Al2O3全瓷在1600℃的温度下保温10min时,可达到99.0%的相对密度;且与传统烧结相比,其烧结温度降低,烧结时间大幅度缩短,烧结前后晶粒尺寸变化很小.与设计的助热保温结构相结合,可成功地对Al2O3全瓷进行烧结,由此建立的加热系统加热效率高,结构简单,操作方便.
Using the microwave sintering technology,the technology and property of nanometer all-ceramic dental material was studied.The results show that the high purified α-Al_2O_3 dental ceramic sintered by microwave can reach 99.0% relative density in 1600℃ sintering temperature and 10 min preservation;Compared with the traditional sintering, the microwave sintering temperature is lower, the time for sintering is reduced greatly,the grain size growth is very little.The Al_2O_3 all-ceramic was successfully sintered using the system in combination with a suitable thermal insulator.This heating system has high heating efficiency and simple structure,so can be operated conveniently.
