摘要
本文是“连铸机中间包液体流动”一文的继续。用计算机模拟下列因素对中间包流场的影响:侧墙的不同倾角,中间包的几何尺寸,双折角中间包,隔板和挡墙的设置。
This paper, in which the influence of some factors on velocity fieldin continuous casting tundishes has been verified by means of computer simulation,is the extension of the paper 'Fluid dynamics of continuous casting tundishes.These factors are tundish wall inclination; the dimensionless geometric size of tun-dish; the double-angle tundish; the dimension and location of weir and dam. Someuseful conclusions may be extracted finally for practice and design from this paper.
