摘要
课题源于中间包流场的改进,目的是净化中间包钢水以及改善钢水的温度分布。通过水力学模型进行模拟,实验表明影响六流中间包流场的导流孔的主次因素顺序为:导流孔孔径>导流孔倾角>导流孔高度。导流孔高度150mm、倾角30°、孔径25mm时流场最优。
This topic stems from improvement of tundish flow distribution.The goal is the purifying molten steel in tundish as well as improves temperature distribution of molten steel,this article carries on through water model.The experiment indicated that impact factors order of six stream flow diversion hole is diameter deflector angle diversion hole height.When the height is 150mm,the angle 30°,and the diameter of the hole is 25mm,the flow is best.
