摘要
基于有限元分析软件FLUENT对中间包的流场进行了数值模拟研究和优化,其结果表明:设置流动控制装置可明显改善钢液流动状况,有利于提高连续铸轧坯质量。对比了流动控制装置中的几种不同的堰坝布置,最终得到堰与注流口间距800mm、堰与坝间距400mm、挡堰相对高度550mm、挡坝相对高度350mm时所得钢液净化效果最佳。
The numerical simulation and optimization of flow field in tundish was studied based on finite element analysis software FLUENT.The results indicate that setting flow control devices can obviously improve flow situation of molten steel,and can enhance quality of continuous cast-rolling strip.Several different of weir-dams arrangement in the flow control devices are compared,when the distance is 800 mm from the weir to the gate of inlet flow,the space between weir and dam is 400 mm and the heights of weir and dam are 550 mm and 350 mm,the purification efficiency of molten steel is best.
