神经生长因子注射对失神经支配大鼠骨小梁形态计量影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过骨形态计量学方法研究NGF对大鼠失神经支配后骨结构的变化,说明NGF在神经源性骨质疏松的意义。方法:将24只大鼠分为3组,1组为正常对照组,2组行坐骨神经和股神经切断术,其中1组注射NGF。结果:大鼠失神经支配后,NGF注射组与未注射组相比具有较高的小梁骨量,大鼠失神经支配后局部注射NGF对骨小梁平均宽度影响显著(P<0.05),而对骨小梁体积密度、骨小梁连接点数、游离末端数影响有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示局部予以NGF治疗可明显减轻失神经支配后大鼠骨质疏松的程度。结论:NGF在神经性瘫痪后的康复治疗中具有积极意义。 Objective:To determine the importance of NGF(nerve growth factor)in the developing of neurogenesis osteoporosis,the bone trabecular structure changes of denervated rats by bone morphmetry were studied.Method:24rats were divided into3groups;two groups neurotomy on bilateral sciatic nerves and femoral nerves were performed,the other were performed NGF injection therapy.Result:We found there was more bone trabecula mass in the injection group than the control group.Tocal injection of NGF to the denervated rats significantly influenced not only the average width of bone trabecula(P<0.05),but also the volume,density,points of connection,and number of disassociated extremity(P<0.01).This indicated that NGF injection therapy could slow down the osteoporosis in denervated rats.Conclusion:NGF may play an important role in the rehabilitation of neuropathic paralysis.
