摘要
用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了Si-Bi-Al复合孕育处理的可锻铸铁石墨化退火前的白口铁试样。观察结果表明,与用常规孕育处理的试样比较,其组织中珠光体层片排列出现紊乱、重叠、弯折等现象,同时位错密度显著增加。经热处理试验证实,这种试样在奥氏体转变温度(720℃)以下连续保温能迅速实现完全石墨化。
The structure of white iron treated with Si-Bi-Al complex inoculanthas been observed by means of SEM and TEM. The results show that, in compari-son with the samples treated with ordinary inoculants, disorder, overlapping andinflexion of the pearlitic lamella appear, besides, the dislocation density increasesapparently. The graphitization can be quickly realized at the temperature lower thanthat of austenitic transition (720℃)
