摘要
应用定量金相技术,测定了不同基体可锻铸铁中石墨的分布形态,分析了石墨数量和分布对断裂韧性的影响;测定了不同试样白口组织中共晶渗碳体的特征参数,指出SiFe,Al Bi复合孕育使共晶渗碳体的发生明显改变,有利于实现低温快速石墨化。
The method of quantitative metallography is used to measure the distribution of graphite in the different mellable cast irons of different basic bodies.The impact of graphite amount and distribution is analyzed on fracture dutility,the characteristic parameters of entectic cementite of white cast iron in various samples are measured.It is pointed out that the complex inoculant of SiFe and AlBi can change eutectic cementitie apparently,which is advantageous to graphitizing annealing at loweder temperature and high speed.
