摘要
研究了可锻铸铁低温快速石墨化的机理认为,复合孕育处理带入的硅在铁水中形成较显著的浓度起伏,从而改善了形核条件、铸态组织和碳化物形态,加速了共晶渗碳体的分解和珠光体的粒状化,为石墨形核与生长提供了良好条件,因而是实现低温快速石墨化的关键.
In this paper, quick graphitiang annealing mechanism of malleable cast iron at a temperature below eutectoid transformation point has beer investigated, the remarkable concentration fluctuation of silicon in melted iron is considered to be caused by adding complex inoculant, thus improving as-cast structure, nucleation conditions and carbide morphology and accelerating the decomposition of eutectic cementite and the granulation of pearlite which prepares the ground for nucleation and growth of graphite, therefore, the concentration fluctuation of silicon is the key to achieve quick graphitizing annealing at a low temperature.
