摘要
对于采用相转换法制得的微孔膜,凝固浴条件是决定其膜形态结构的重要因素之一。本文讨论了凝固浴组成和凝固浴温度对膜形态结构的影响。铸膜液是聚偏氟乙烯、N,N—二甲基乙酰胺和氯化锂组成的三元体系。膜形态结构通过扫描电子显微镜进行观察。可以看到,随着凝固浴条件的变化,所得膜的形态可以是海绵状结构也可以兼有指状结构和海绵状结构。
What condition the coagulation bath is in one of the important fa-ctors which decide the morphology of the microporous membranes obtainedby phase-conversion process.In this paper,the effects of composition andtemperature of the coagulation bath on the morphology of the membraneswere discussed.The casting solution was the ternary system composed ofpoly(vinylidene fluoride),N,N-dimethyl acetamide,and lithium chloride.The morphology of the membranes was examined by scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM).It was observed that the morphology of the obtainedmembranes,which could be sponge-like or both finger-like and sponge-like,depended on the condition of coagulation bath used.
