膜蒸馏用聚偏氟乙烯微孔膜的结构控制——Ⅰ.铸膜液中溶胀剂对膜形态结构的影响 被引量:26

摘要 本文采用相转换法制备了聚偏氟乙烯不对称微孔膜。铸膜液为聚合物、溶剂、添加剂和溶胀剂组成的四元体系。溶胀剂为丙酮。采用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)研完了铸膜液组成和挥发时间对膜形态结构的影响。实验结果表明,溶胀剂对膜形态结构有着显著的影响。适当控制制膜条件,可得到海绵状结构和兼有海绵状和指状结构的聚偏氟乙烯膜。 What condition the coagulation bath is in one of the important fa-ctors which decide the morphology of the microporous membranes obtainedby phase-conversion process.In this paper,the effects of composition andtemperature of the coagulation bath on the morphology of the membraneswere discussed.The casting solution was the ternary system composed ofpoly(vinylidene fluoride),N,N-dimethyl acetamide,and lithium chloride.The morphology of the membranes was examined by scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM).It was observed that the morphology of the obtainedmembranes,which could be sponge-like or both finger-like and sponge-like,depended on the condition of coagulation bath used.
