摘要
应用中空纤维超滤器、扫描电子显微镜等测试手段,研究了铸膜液组成及温度与聚丙烯腈(PAN)中空纤维膜超滤性能的关系。证明铸膜液中 PAN 含量和添加剂含量对纤维的渗透性能有显著影响。降低铸膜液中的 PAN 含量有利于提高纤维的渗透性能。应用结果表明 PAN 中空纤维用于血液超滤性能优良。而当 PAN 中空纤维用于血液透析时,对尿素、肌肝的清除率高达80%。
By means of hollow fiber ultrafitration machine and scanning electron microscope,a study is car-ried out on the relation between thermodynamic condition of modified Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)cast-ing solutions and hollow fibers permeability.Such facts as PAN content,additive content in castingsolution have obvious influence on fibers permeability.Decrease of PAN content in casting solutiontend to increase fiber permeabiliW.As results of medical application,its blood ultrafitration is satisfac-tory,and its clearance rates of urea and creatinine are over 80% respectively in hemodialysis.
