摘要
以大学生心理健康为出发点,采用《心理卫生症状自评量表SCL 90》、《父母养育方式问卷》对重庆市300名大学生进行测量,探讨大学生心理健康与父母养育方式的现状、影响因素及其关系。结果表明:大学生心理健康问题主要表现在人际关系、强迫、敌对和偏执等方面;性别因素在父母养育方式上存在显著性差异,但在心理健康方面不存在差异;父母是否离异、下岗等因素对学生心理健康不产生影响,但离异因素在父亲的严厉、惩罚,下岗因素在父亲的过度保护的教养方式上存在显著差异;父母亲的文化程度、职业因素对心理健康和教养方式的部分因子产生了影响;父母亲积极的教养方式会提高学生的心理健康状况、减轻学生的心理焦虑,消极的教养方式则会增加学生的焦虑。
The research takes the mental health of university students as a starting point. By means of SCL-90 and Questionnaires on the Ways and Means of Parental Bringing-up (EMBU), the author conducted researches into 300 undergraduates in Chongqing in order to probe into their mental health, current situations of ways and means of their parental bringing-up as well as the factors influencing the relationships among them.The results show that the mental health problems of undergraduates mainly exist in the respects such as interpersonal relationships, compelling,hostility,crankiness etc. In addition, sex factors differ greatly in the parental ways and means in bringing-up but not in the respect of mental health. Meanwhile, factors such as parental divorce and layoff do not exert influence on the mental health of undergraduates.However, the factor of divorce differs greatly in fathers′ sternness and punishments, also the factor of layoff differs greatly in fathers′ educational ways of overprotection. Furthermore, the parents′ educational levels and factors of professions influence some parts of the mental health and educational ways, that is, parents′ active educational ways will improve university students′ mental conditions and decrease their anxiety, while passive ones will increase their anxiety.
