摘要
本文以草鱼为材料,利用亲和层析法,从肌肉、心脏和肝脏中分离纯化了 LDH同工酶基因产物;LDH-A_4、B_4和C_4,并对其纯度,氨基酸组成以及动力学性质进行了比较分析,同时制取了A_4、B_4和C_4的相应抗体,利用抗原-抗体免疫吸附反应对一些淡水鱼类的LDH 酶谱进行了准确的鉴定。
LDH-A. (from muscle), LDH-B_4 (from heart) and LDH-C_4 (fromliver) were isolated from grass carp by affinity chromotography. Their purities,amino acid compositions and enzymatic dynamics were comparatively studied. Itcan be confirmed by the obvious differences of the amino acid composition that theyare three different gene's products. In the meantime their relavant antibodies wererespectively prepared, and the typical and specific patterns of LDHs from somefish by the reaults of antigenantibody immunoadsorption reactions were preciselydetermined, going further into the syngenity between the LDH isozyme moleculesof various source and the immunal syngenity of various LDH isozyme molecules.
