摘要
本文报道草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)心肌乳酸脱氫酶同工酶LDH-B_4(E.C.1.1.1.27)的理化性质,并利用B_4的抗体IgG对几种鱼的组织和器官进行了免疫化学分析,从而确定了这几种鱼中B_4基因产物的表达情况。
This paper reports the purification of LDH-B4(EC 1.1.1.27) from the cardiac muscle of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus ) and characteristics of its physical and chemical properties.At the same time,the IgG of anti-B4 is prepared and used for immunochemical analysis.Therefore,the expression patterns of LDH-B4 in some tissues and organs of several species of fish are determinded
