摘要
用双螺杆挤出机制备了丙烯酸(AA)改性纳米CaCO3 PP复合材料,通过DSC研究改性纳米CaCO3 PP中PP的结晶与熔融行为。结果表明纳米CaCO3对PP有异相成核作用,加入纳米CaCO3可使PP结晶温度提高,对熔融峰温影响不大,但能诱导β_PP晶的形成,熔融曲线上出现双峰。随AA用量增加,PP的结晶温度和β_PP熔融峰的强度都提高。DCP存在下,能进一步提高了AA改性纳米CaCO3 PP的结晶温度。
The nano-CaCO_3/polypropylene composites modified by acrylic acid (AA) monomer with or without dicumenyl peroxide(DCP) were prepared by using a twin-screw extruder. The crystallization and melting behavior of polypropylene in the nano-CaCO_3/polypropylene composites were investigated using DSC. The results indicated that the addition of nano-CaCO_3 increased the crystallization temperature of PP due to the heterogeneous nucleation effect of nano-CaCO_3, and induced the crystallization of PP β-crystals as indicated by double peaks in the melting curves, and had little effect on the melting temperatures. For the nano-CaCO_3/polypropylene modified by AA without initiator, the crystallization temperature of polypropylene and the intensity of β-crystallization increased when the content of AA increased. In the presence of DCP, the addition of AA could further increase the crystallization temperature of PP in the composites than those without the initiator.
