炉膛火焰图像数字技术在电厂锅炉燃烧优化控制中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 在大型电厂锅炉上,采用计算机图像采集处理技术将炉膛看火电视装置获取的图像信号转化为数字信号,通过计算机处理获得相应的温度图像,并在图像显示器上显示,给出燃烧状态综合监视图,为运行人员提供操作指导。针对电厂燃煤机组锅炉主蒸汽压力的滞后特性,首次从检测到的火焰图像中提取炉膛辐射能信号代替热量信号,以提高锅炉主蒸汽压力的稳定性,改善机组的负荷响应速度,同时,通过燃烧调整,找出最佳运行工况,优化燃烧,达到降低机组NO_x排放量、提高锅炉效率的目的。 The gathering-processing technique of computer image, which translates the collected furnace flame image signals into digital signals on large utility boilers, can get the relevant temperature image through computer calculation. Then it will be shown on the display and provide monitoring bar diagram of burning status, affording guides for operators. In the light of lagging features of the main steam pressure of coal-fired utility boilers, the radiation signals are retrieved from the monitored flame image instead of heat quantity signals, so as to raise the stability of main steam pressure, improve the responding speed of unit load. Meanwhile through adjusting the burning, the optimum operation conditions are found out and the combustion is optimized, with NOx emission reduced and the efficiency of boiler elevated.
