摘要
采用基于火焰图像处理的炉膛辐射能信号检测系统对湘潭电厂 30 0MW燃煤机组进行了现场检测 ,并对炉膛辐射能信号与机组主要运行参数之间的关系进行了分析 ,结果表明 ,在一定程度上 ,炉膛辐射能信号不仅可以预测机组的实际出力 。
An on-site detection test was conducted on a 300 MW coal-fired boiler of Xiangtan Power Plant by the use of a flame image processing-based detection system of furnace radiation-energy signals. In addition, an analysis has been performed on the relationship between the furnace radiation energy signals and the boiler main operating parameters. The results of the analysis indicate that the furnace radiation energy signals can to a certain extent not only forecast the actual output of the boiler, but also reflect the combustion conditions in the boiler.
