摘要
基于斯蒂藩-玻耳兹曼定律,提出采用电荷耦合器件(CCD)检测熔池温度场的方案,研制了一套CCD检测温度场系统.该系统主要由CCD、光学系统和数据分析软件组成.采用BF1400黑体炉对系统进行了标定,拍摄了不同功率下的CO2激光熔池,经过专用软件分析,得到了激光熔池温度场分布.结果表明该项技术能够实时检测整个熔池表面温度场,属于非接触测量,对熔池温度场无干扰.
Based on Stefan-Boltzmann law,the method of temperature field measurement by charge coupled devices(CCD) was proposed.A system of temperature field measurement by CCD was developed.The system was mainly consisted of CCD,optics elements and data analysis element.The system was calibrated by BF1400 blackbody furnace.Image information of temperature field in CO2 laser molten pool at different power was collected.The distribution of temperature field was analyzed by special analysis software.It was shown that t...
