血脂康治疗老年高脂血症60例疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的 :观察血脂康对老年高脂血症的疗效。方法 :1 2 0例老年高脂血症患者随机分为 2组 ,试验组 60例口服血脂康 0 .6g ,早晚各 1次。对照组 60例服辛伐他汀 2 0mg ,晚餐后顿服 ,疗程均为 4周。结果 :2组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL -C下降 ,HDL -C升高 ;组间比较无差别 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2组均无明显不良反应。结论 :血脂康与辛伐他汀疗效相似 ,均为安全、有效的调脂药物 。
