摘要
目的:探讨注射用血塞通冻干配合养心汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将不稳定型心绞痛患者80例,随机均分为2组,对照组予硝酸酯类、β受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、调脂药物、抗凝药物等常规治疗。治疗组在此基础上加注射用血塞通冻干400 mg加入5%的葡萄糖液250 mL中静脉滴注,1次/d,并配合中药养心汤1剂/d,300 mL分2次温服,2 w为1个疗程,1个疗程后进行评价中医证候、心电图、心绞痛发作(频率、持续时间)的变化情况,并收集整理数据资料,进行统计分析。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,注射用血塞通冻干配合养心汤可明显改善不稳定型心绞痛患的中医证候和缓解心电图ST段压低。结论:注射用血塞通冻干配合养心汤联合西药治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xue-sai-tong lyophilized injection combined with Yang-xin-tang in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods： The 80 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group was treated with nitrates, beta blockers, calcium antagonists, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors （ACEI）, conventional treatment of hpid regulating drugs, anticoagulants. The treatment group on the basis of control group adds 25OraL and 5% glucose in- jection with Xue-sai-tong lyophilized 400 mg adding in the intravenous drip, once a day, and combined with traditional Chinese medi- cine Yang-xin-tang 300 mL, twice one day, 2 weeks for a course of treatment, evaluated after one week treatment, and collected da- ta, statistical analysis. Results： The treatment group compared with control group, Xue-sai-tong lyophilized injection combined with Yang-xin-tang can obviously improve the unstable angina pectoris patients with TCM syndrome and ECG. Conclusion： Xue-sai-tong ly- ophilized injection combined with Yang-xin-tang in treating coronary heart disease curative effect of unstable angina.
