摘要
本文研究了不同种类的稀土元素对20钢860℃低温渗碳动力学、渗层组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,不同种类的稀土元素对20钢低温渗碳均有明显的加速作用,并有某些改善渗层组织、提高渗层强度和韧性的作用。
The effect of various kinds of rare earth elements (RE) on the carburizing kinetics at low temperature of 860℃, microstructure and properties of steel 20 were studied. Experimental results indicated that varicus kinds of RE possess accelerated effect remarkablely to steel 20 at low temperature carburising processes, improving the micrstructure, strength and ductility to certain extent.
