摘要
采用860℃稀土高碳势渗碳,在20cr2Ni4A钢的过共析区沉淀析出大量细小弥散的碳化物,使奥氏体的稳定性大幅度下降,从而实现了渗碳后直接淬火。与920℃传统渗碳后二次加热淬火处理工艺相比,用新工艺处理后的齿轮接触疲劳强度可提高近一个数量级。
In this paper,the steel 20Cr2Ni4A is carburized under high carbon potential at 860℃ with rare earth element,the stabillty of the austenite is decreased remarkably because of a great deal of fine granular dispored carbides in hypereutectiod zo ne of carburized case, and can also be quenched directly after carburizing.The experiment results show that the contact fatigue strength of 20Cr2Ni4A carburized by new process mentioned above,almost increases by one order of magnitude compared with conventional one.
