A Study on Bending Fatigue Strength of Gear Made by Steel 20Cr2Ni4A Carburized at Low Temperature and High Carbon Concentration with Rare Earth

摘要 采用稀土低温高浓度渗碳工艺实现了20Cr2Ni4A钢渗碳后直接淬火,与传统热处理工艺相比较,处理后齿轮的弯曲疲劳试验结果表明,新工艺较传统工艺在弯曲疲劳强度方面有较大幅度的提高:50%可靠度的对数值疲劳寿命,在693MPa试验应力级下提高了2.45倍;在564MPa应力级提高了12倍。对给定寿命N=3×10 ̄(6)、及50%可靠度的中值疲劳极限提高了64.5%。效果十分显著。 The steel 20Cr2Ni4A can be directly quenched by using the high carbon concentration carburizing process at low temperature with rare earth element. The experimental results show that compared with the conventional process,the bending fatigue strength of gears treated with new process mentioned above inereases2.45times when the stress is 693MPa and 1 2 times when the stress equal to 564MPa. When using the logarithmic average value of fatigue endurance under 50% degree of raliability,the middle value fatigue limit increases by 64.5% under the given life(N=3×106)and 50% degree of reliability. The effect of the new process is very remarkable.
