沿海甜菜(Beta maritima L.)高频率丛生芽诱导和植株再生 被引量:4

High efficient induction of multiple bud clumps and regeneration of plantlet for Beta maritima L.

摘要 选用沿海甜菜(BetamaritimaL.)幼嫩花序顶端为试验材料,建立了一个快速高效的离体培养体系。在附加1mg/L6-BA的MS培养基上培养6周可诱导出丛生芽,诱导率达90%左右。丛生芽在适宜培养基上可快速扩增和长期继代培养。在附加1mg/LNAA的MS培养基上诱导小苗生根,生根率可达90%。再生植株经炼苗后移栽成活率为70%~80%。 A method for rapid and high efficient in vitro multiplication of immature inflorescence tips was established on Beta maritima L..The multiple bud clumps would be induced on MS medium supplemented with1mg/L6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA)for six weeks,the induction frequency would reach about 90%.The multiple bud clumps proliferated vigorously and could be subcultured for a long time on the proper MS medium.The seedlings were induced to root on MS medium supplemented with1mg/L naphthalene acetic acid(NAA),the rooting rate could reach90%.The maximum survival ratio of regeneration plants would be70%~80%after transplanted to pots.
