摘要
在熔融硼砂中加入稀土化合物,处理3Cr2WRV钢热作模具,在模具表面获得一层硼稀土渗层。稀土元素的添加,明显地改变了渗层组织结构,提高了抗氧化性及耐磨性,使六角螺母模寿命提高3～4倍。
The B-RE Coating has been obtained on the steel 3Cr2W8V hot work die treated in the fused borax bath containing rare earth compounds. The addition of rare arth elements remarkably change the microstructure of the coatings and improve the antioxidation and the wear resistance. The service life of hexagonal nut die is prolonged 3～4 times.
