摘要
着重对T10,CrWMn、GCr15、Cr12等钢在一般热处理淬火温度下,实现了钒-硼-稀土共渗处理的工艺,并对渗层组织及性能进行分析。用正交试验法优选了最佳盐浴配方。试验结果证明:在提高盐浴流动性的基础上,得到较深的渗层;综合性能均优于单独渗钒、渗硼处理的效果。
In this paper , the RE - Vanad - boronizing treatment is studied to mould steels , such as , T 10 , CrWMn,GCr15 and Cr 12,under the conditions of the general hardening temperature,and so does the structures and properties of the layer. By means of the perpendicular experiments,the best dispensation of salt bath is choosed . The results of experiments show that the deep RE-Vanadium-boronizing layer can be obtained by raising fluidity of the salt bath,and mechanic properties of the RE-Vanadium-boronizing layer are better than that of the single boronizing or vanadiumizing layer.
