摘要
目的:了解Gq 蛋白α亚单位(Gαq)与原发性高血压的相关性。方法:以Gαq的多克隆抗体为探针,用免疫印迹(Im m unoblot)方法测定人动脉平滑肌层中Gαq的相对含量。结果:大肠癌患者中原发性高血压病人组(n= 9)与对照组(n= 15)相比较,血管平滑肌层中Gαq含量无显著性差异。结论:这可能是由于抗高血压药物作用的结果,也可能是另一条信号传导途径——酪氨酸激酶介导的磷脂酶C途径的异常。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between Gq protein α subunit (G αq ) and essential hypertension.Method:The relative contents of G αq in arterial smooth muscle tissue were determined by immunoblot technique with G αq polyclonal antibody as probe.Results:There was no statistically significant difference of G αq contents in arterial smooth muscle between patients with essential hypertension ( n =9) and control ( n =15).Conclusion:The results may be caused by administration of antihypertensive medicines,or the abnomarity of another signal pathway——tyrosine kinase mediated activation of PLC γ or no role played by G αq and PLC during the pathogenesis of essential hypertension.
