磷脂酶Cε1基因与肿瘤关系研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 磷脂酶Cε1（phospholipase C epsilon－1，PLCE1）是近年来发现的磷脂酶家族C的新成员，其分子结构和功能均较复杂，在细胞信号转导过程中可能起重要作用。PLCE1l的激活可引起一系列的生化反应，如调节细胞生长、增殖、分化等。
