摘要
目的 评价阿魏酸钠治疗 2型糖尿病患者糖尿病足的有效性和安全性。方法 80例 2型糖尿病并糖尿病足患者随机分组对照研究。治疗组 4 0例 ,每日给予阿魏酸钠 2 0 0mg溶于生理盐水 2 5 0ml中静脉点滴 ,对照组 4 0例 ,每日静滴 6 5 4 - 2 2 0mg ,15d 1个疗程。结果 阿魏酸钠治疗后临床有效率、足背动脉血流速度及踝 /肱指数均显著高于对照组 ,观察期间未见明显不良反应。结论 阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病足安全有效。
Objective\ To investigate the efficacy and tolerability of sodium ferulate in treatment of type 2 diabetics with diabetic foot. Methods\ A randomized control study of 80 with types 2 diabetics with diabetic foot was performed. 40 cases were treated daily with sodium ferulate 200 mg solved in 250 ml NS intravenously as treatment group or 40 cases with 654-2 20 mg solved in 250 ml NS as control for 15 days . Results\ After 15 days treatment, the subjective symptoms and signs were significantly improved with the total effective rate of 90% in the treatment group compared with 57.5% in the control( P <0.05).Arterial blood stream velocity in the dorsum of foot and ABI were significantly improved in the treatment group compared with the control. No obvious adverse drug reactions were observed in the treatment group. Conclusion\ Sodium ferulate is an effective and safe agent for treatment of diabetic foot.
