摘要
在含氯化铝的固体沉积剂中加入2%的乙酸钠可提高低、中碳钢TiC层的硬度,并能增加低碳钢沉积层深度;加入1%稀土氯化物,可显著提高TiC沉积效率。在所研究的固体渗剂上部填充5~10mm厚的SiO_2粉末,在850~1000℃下,可形成硅酸铝及SiO_2的板结保护亮,具有良好密封性.并可提高TiC沉积层的致密度。
The aluminium chloride is an active agent in the pack TiC deposition. The deposition hardness of low and medium-carbon steels and the deposition thickness of lowcarbon stsel are increased, if adding 2%CH_3 COONa to the deposition agent containing aluminium chloride. The TiC deposition efficiency will be increased considerably, if adding rare 1% earth chloride to the deposition agent contained 5%aluminium chloride.
A protected crust, which consists of Al_2 (SiO_3)_(?) and SiO_2 can be formed on the surface of deposition agent at 850~1000℃, if adding S_1O_2 powder with thickness5~10mm, outside the coating agent. The protected crust offers a good airproof property and increases the density of coating.
