摘要
用含钛和氮的化合物作渗剂 ,采用化学热处理方法 ,对 2 0钢、45钢及 W1 8Cr4V钢分别加热到 850~ 950℃ ,保温 6~ 8h.可以在试样表面得到 Ti N- Ti C化合物层 ,层深 0 .3~ 2 .2 μm.显微硬度1 894~ 1 991 HV.试验结果表明 ,在同一保温时间情况下 ,化合物层随加热温度升高而加深 ,在同一加热温度情况下 。
Chemical heat treatment is carried out with the infiltrating agent containing the compounds of titanium and nitrogen for 20# steel, 45# steel and W18Cr4V steel. The steels are heated to 850~950℃ for 6~8 hours. A layer of TiN-TiC compound, which has the hardness about 1894-1991HV, can be obtained in the surface of the samples. The results show that the thickness of the compound layer increases with the temperature under the same holding time, and also, the thickness of the compound layer increases with the time under the same temperature.
