摘要
SLon -2 0 0 0立环脉动高梯度磁选机分选细粒弱磁性矿物 ,具有富集比大、回收率高、磁介质不易堵塞、设备作业率高的优点。采用 1台SLon -2 0 0 0磁选机在调军台选矿厂与Shp -3 2 0 0平环强磁选机进行分选鞍山式细粒氧化铁矿的工业对比试验 ,当脉动冲程为 2 0mm时 ,在给矿量和给矿性质一致的条件下 ,SLon -2 0 0 0磁选机铁精矿品位高 1.19个百分点、尾矿品位低 1.5 6个百分点、作业回收率高 8.19个百分点 ,取得了良好的技术经济指标。
SLon 2000 vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separators have the advantages of large enrichment ratio, high recovery, uneasy blocked matrix and high availability when used in processing fine weakly magnetic minerals. In a comparative commercial test with Shp-3200 horizontal ring high intensity magnetic separator in processing Anshan type fine oxidized iron ore, SLon 2000 magnetic separator achieved good technical and economical performances. At a pulsating stroke of 20 mm, under the conditions of the same feed rate and feed properties, SLon 2000 separator obtained an iron concentrate grade 1.19 percentage points higher, tailings grade 1.56 percentage points lower and an operation recovery 8.19 percentage points higher than those of Shp 3200 separator.
